Zoning Amendments - Summer 2020

The Planning Board and Town Council will be discussing and holding public hearings on the proposed zoning amendments included in the materials below. 

Please note that these amendments will be processed simultaneously with proposed amendments to the Marijuana Ordinance, since provisions for medical marijuana registered dispensaries and medical marijuana cultivation facilities are being taken out of the Zoning Ordinance and put into the Marijuana Ordinance. 

The Planning Board held a public hearing on the proposed amendments on July 8, 2020. The Board voted to refer the amendments to Town Council with a recommendation that they be adopted as presented, including a minor revision to the definition of "Road or Street."  The Town Council will hold a public hearing on the amendments as well, scheduled for September 8, 2020.
