Applying for a Permit Process

  1. Find Permit Submission Document below for the Type of Permit you are applying for. If you can't find what you are looking for please contact the Code Office.
  2. Complete and Compile all necessary information contained in the Permit Submission Document.
  3. Navigate to https://us.cloudpermit.com, Register for an Account (or log in if you have already made an account), and then Click Create New Application. (Please note the online system is still new to us and if you have any problems please contact us at 207-862-4000 x8 or code@hampdenmaine.gov
 
*Please Note: You will receive a Building Permit with the required inspections listed when your Application is approved. Construction can not start until you receive the Approved Building Permit. Your plan review is done to the best of our ability, but the ultimate responsibility for code compliance is still retained by the design professional and the owner.

New Residential Construction Residential Only (For Commercial New Construction contact the office)
Accessory Structures Residential and Commercial
Alterations Interior and Exterior Residential or Commercial Alterations that don't involve Additions
Residential Additions Residential Only (For Commercial New Construction contact the office)
E911 & Driveway Permit If putting in a Driveway please submit this form to Public Works
Electrical Certification Form For Single-Family Only (All others require a State Electrical Permit)
