Process for Applying for a Permit
 
1) Find Permit Submission Document for the Type of Permit you are applying for.
 
2) Complete and Compile all necessary information contained in the Permit Submission Document.
 
3) Navigate to https://hampden.portal.iworq.net and click on the "House" icon to Submit any type of application. All permit types can be accessed from that "House" link or you can use the specialized Plumbing or E-911 if you choose for those types.
 
4) Complete the online form and upload the Permit Submission Document and any other documents you think will aid in the review process.
 
 
*Please Note: You will receive a Building Permit when your Application is approved. Construction can not start until you receive the Approved Building Permit. Your plan review is done to the best of our ability, but the ultimate responsibility for code compliance is still retained by the design professional and the owner.
