1963 Comp Plan

A University of Maine graduate student borrowed the paper version of this plan in April of 2010. On February 22, 2011, he delivered a disc with these pdf's. He had the plans scanned in and then converted to a word-searchable .pdf format, at no cost to the town (and that process can be expensive).

The 1963 Comprehensive Plan is presented here in a summary format, and also as the full plan.

The plan is in Adobe Reader .pdf format.  To access the plan, please Right-Click on a link, and choose "Save Target/Link As", locate the folder on your computer where you want to save the file (such as the Desktop) and click "Save".  If you simply left-click a document, it may not open within the browser because it is too large, and it will freeze up your browser.
